40-Year Anniversary: Mr. Matthias Mauden
At 57, Mr. Matthias Mauden has been part of Zenith since completing his three-year apprenticeship as a machine fitter. Over the decades, he has specialized in hydraulic engineering, developing deep expertise in cylinders and vibrators — both vital components in block production line operations.
Beyond his technical expertise, he also serves as a certified first-aid responder, ensuring workplace safety for his colleagues. His 40-year journey reflects the enduring bond between dedicated employees and a company committed to precision and reliability in block making technology.
30-Year Anniversary: Mr. Ingmar Strunk
Mr. Ingmar Strunk, now 47, joined Zenith after finishing a three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as a machine fitter. He has spent most of his career supporting hydraulic systems used in automated block making equipment and has an exceptional understanding of cylinder and vibrator design.
After years of hands-on field experience, he now leads Zenith’s service department, ensuring that customers around the world keep their block machines running smoothly. Mr. Strunk also serves as a first-aid responder and fire safety officer — a true embodiment of responsibility and leadership.
30-Year Anniversary: Mr. Markus Türk
Also celebrating 30 years of service, Mr. Markus Türk, aged 47, completed his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and currently serves as the Head of Spare Parts Sales. For three decades, he has supported customers worldwide with fast, reliable spare parts delivery, helping to maintain the high operational efficiency of Zenith concrete block machines.
His professionalism and strong sense of duty have made him an essential part of Zenith’s customer service excellence.
25-Year Anniversary: Mr. Michael Schmidt
At 61, Mr. Michael Schmidt has long been a cornerstone of Zenith’s electrical department, where he has grown into a leadership role overseeing electrical systems for concrete block production lines.
Despite health challenges, he continues to work with dedication and passion, guiding his team with experience and care. His persistence and commitment reflect the true spirit of Zenith — people-oriented, quality-driven, and always striving for excellence.

25-Year Anniversary: Mr. Alexander Buk
Mr. Alexander Buk, 64, serves as one of Zenith’s most experienced sales managers. For decades, he has traveled across the world promoting Zenith concrete block machines and building strong relationships, particularly across Eastern Europe.
Originally from Kazakhstan, Mr. Buk moved to Germany about 30 years ago and has since become a vital link between global customers and the Zenith brand. His international perspective and passion for customer service have made him a key force in expanding Zenith’s global footprint in block machinery solutions.
